The solar panel, adjustable mount and interior light are decent quality. The solar panel can be mounted high, and I got a lot of good light onto it. The included screws are the absolute cheapest quality Chinese pot metal junk. (Do yourself a favor and install the unit with bent rusty paperclips or chicken wire. They will work better and you save $.) I tossed them all and used my own mounting screws. The light given out was so-so, not that bright. The unit had two light levels, but I always kept it on LOW because the HIGH setting usually didn't kick in, or stay on that long. Uses easily replaceable standard flourescent tubes. After about 3 years the internal rechargeable battery went dead, and I couldn't see anyway to replace it. This whole unit ran me about . For about tops I can buy a couple of very good Coleman electric camp lanterns (I got the floatable ones with the internal flourescent tube, uses C Cells) and hang them on hooks in the shed. They give off way more light and last far longer, plus can be unhooked and carried around as needed. I know it's a cool concept, but as far as this one goes, save your $.
